Commission:	The AA receives commission from insurers. However, the AA regularly discounts its commission to help reduce the price you pay. Discounts applied to your policy can be found on your Confirmation of Sale/Renewal pack in the premium breakdown page.
Profit Share:	If the insurer earns more premium than it pays out on claims and associated claims expenses, the AA may be entitled to receive a profit share payment. This is subject to a pre-agreed level of profitability being achieved by the insurer.
Administrative Costs:	Administrative costs are costs associated with the AA administering policies on behalf of the insurer. These are direct and indirect costs incurred to provide you with the best policy. Details of the administrative costs that are reimbursed by some insurers to the AA are available upon request. Credit card charges: Some insurers have agreed to reimburse AA for processing charges that the AA incurs in respect of policyholders who pay by credit and debit cards.
