That’s why AA Membership covers you 24/7, whether you’re a driver or a passenger in any car. Our Patrols fix 8 out of 10 of our Member’s cars right there – on the roadside.
We have an 80% repair rate at the side of the road. Nobody else does this. We don’t just tow your car to an expensive garage, we aim to fix your car so you can continue on your journey. If you have Rescue Plus and we can’t fix your car by the roadside, we will organise alternative transport, provide a replacement car or arrange over night accommodation for you should you need it.
All customers that have been with us for 5 years or more, and that also have current AA Membership cover, are automatically upgraded to get Platinum Membership cover, free of charge. This means you can register for Keycare cover, free International Breakdown Cover, and a free Car Health Check.
